• A natural person with an income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income of $300,000.
• A natural person who has an individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of purchase, excluding their primary residence.
• An entity with over $5M in assets, or all owners of the entity must be accredited.
