WHEREAS, Serene Equity Investments is committed to conducting its business operations in strict accordance with Islamic financial principles;
WHEREAS, Serene Equity Investments upholds the prohibition of Riba (interest) as mandated by Islamic law and ethical finance standards;
NOW, THEREFORE, Serene Equity Investments declares the following:
- Riba-Free Commitment: Serene Equity Investments shall not engage in, endorse, or facilitate any transactions involving Riba (interest), whether direct or indirect, in any form.
- Equity-Sharing Model: All investment activities shall be structured based on equity-sharing principles, Mudharabah (profit-sharing), where profits and risks are shared equitably among stakeholders.
- Asset-Backed Transactions: All investments shall be backed by tangible, real assets to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with Islamic financial ethics.
- Ethical Compliance: Serene Equity Investments shall adhere to the highest standards of ethical investment, avoiding speculation (Gharar) and ensuring fairness and mutual consent in all agreements.
